do: Respect these levels of
management during plan development. If
you start taking the details of the planning to the SENIOR MANAGEMENT then you will begin to loose
credibility. If they want to know the
details…tell them…but only if they ask….On the other hand, you do not want
the BU’s deciding strategic direction….
